Halloween - Costumes

My Halloween pictures of the kids didn't turn out very good this year.  Couldn't get them both to cooperate at the same time - surprise eh.  I hope isn't a sign of what may happen when its time for the Christmas card photo.  But above is a group shot of Si, Willie, a monkey and a bear.  If you aren't familiar with Duck Dynasty the first two will not make sense to you.....also known as Caleb & Easton.

Pre Halloween Activities

 Making Halloween Cookies

Supposed to look like Witches Hats but didn't turn out like planned

 Making our treats for trick or treaters

Microwave popcorn bags covered with paper and stickers

 And of course decorating and carving our home grown pumpkins

 Took a little convincing to get Bryce to clean out the inside of the pumpkin but did stick his hand in eventually

 All ready for trick or treating

Thanksgiving

 

  Making cookie the week of Thanksgiving

 Leafs, pumpkins and turkeys

 Taking turns riding the ponies at Grandma and Grandpa Carfantan's with all six of the Grandkids

 After this my camera battery died so didn't get pictures of the wagon ride or dinner

How I Ride My Pony

First I give him some oats

Then get his halter on

Then take him outside beside my chair

Jump on quick before he starts walking away

 

Then I can ride my pony

My brother likes to watch me

After I'm done, I feed my pony some hay

And show my brother the kitties

And help my mom pick the pumpkins from the garden
